How should I RSVP to the event?

o Please RSVP by mailing the reply card included in your invitation before January 10, 2024. Please also include your party’s name on the line that begins with” M” and initial each attendee’s meal choice. This RSVP card is also where you will be able to indicate any dietary restrictions.

· What is the dress code?

o The dress code is black tie optional. Men can wear either a tuxedo or dark suit. Women can choose either a formal evening gown, a cocktail dress, or dressy separates.

· What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

o There is a TB Lightning game starting at 5pm the same day right across the street from the wedding venue. The city does close the streets so please be prepared to arrive early to the ceremony. We recommend arriving between 4:30-4:45pm to the Edition to avoid encountering any road closures. The ceremony begins at 5:30 pm, and the ceremony space will open at 5:15 pm for guests to be seated. Champagne and water will be served prior to the ceremony. See above map for traffic patterns in effect on the day of the wedding due to the game.

· Where can I park?

o There is valet parking available at the Edition entrance on Channelside Drive. There are also various self-service parking lots and garages walking distance from the venue. You can visit waterstreettampa.com for additional details regarding parking.

· I am traveling from out of town and am not staying at the Tampa Edition. Will transportation be provided for me?

o We will have an Uber code that guests can use to defray the cost of transportation from the hotel blocks at Le Meridien and the Westin. (If you have not yet booked a hotel, we have blocks at Le Meridien, the Westin, and Roost. Links are available on the “Travel” page). We also suggest that those staying at other hotels schedule traffic and Uber delays into their plans due to the Lightning game. Roost is walking distance from the Edition.

· Am I allowed to bring a plus one? Are children invited?

o While we would love to have everyone celebrate with us, due to space constraints, we only have room for those listed on your invitation.

· Will there be other events during the wedding weekend?

o All guests are invited to a casual Welcome Party at American Social on Friday, February 16, 2024, beginning at 8:30 pm. If you are in town and are available to stop by at any time between 8:30 and 11:30 pm, we would love to see you!

o Updates will be posted on this website, so be sure to keep it handy.
